Thermal film is made up of two different materials, OPP (base film) and EVA (hot melt adhesive), Their melting point and softening point are different, when the temperature is too high, the film will stretch and narrow, the temperature is too low, the product is not firm and not bright, thus it is difficult to guarantee the laminating quality. Therefore, the prefect thermal film laminating technology solution is to overcome the thermal film temperature control and range of changes, this key technology is the core of thermal film laminating process.
In view of the unique nature of thermal film, Huawei company has conducted in-depth research, completely solved the temperature control of the thermal film, keep it at the optimum temperature and range of fluctuations, whether the product is required quality or speed, we can guarantee the constant temperature of laminating film, the products come out perfectly. This is the key technology of Huawei company.

Huawei series thermal film laminating machine has high degree of automation, Centralized control by PLC, one person operation, save labor. The pre-pile paper mechanism eliminates downtiome. Use front and pull gauges, Ensure straightness of film laminating products. Servo motor controls the accuracy of paper overlap, make sure the paper overlap is within 2mm. The main press roller is heated by mold temperature machine at constant temperature, precise control of temperature fluctuations.(Optional: electromagnetic heating) keep the temperature on the surface of the heating roller consistent. Whole machine, man-machine relation is harmonious, Easy operation, the data is clear at a glance.

Feeder : pre-pile paper mechanism, and contains no stopping paper feeding function. Adopt four suction and four send high-speed feeder, Fast paper feeding without error. The front gauge has auxiliary positioning presser, to prevents paper from deforming and tilting over the front gauge, to causes the front gauge not to be in place. (Users can choose high pile feeder as required )

Laminator : The main press mechanism adopts the hydraulic station to increase the pressure automatically. It adopts mold temperature machine , heat conducting oil heating, constant temperature and auxiliary electromagnetic heating function, Equipped with remaining film slitting mechanism, when the film is wider than the width of the printed material, it can be used to cut the excess film. With film edge pre-pinhole, the special design of pre-pinhole at the film side, There is no damage to the surface of the product after sheeter. After laminating, the product is air-cooled. And can reduce deformation of the paper resulting in high temperature after laminating.

Paper drawing machine : With thin paper flattening mechanism, it can effectively solve the curl of thin paper laminating.

Sheeter :  Reliable chain knife cutters are used, There is no barrier to cutting PET thermal film ( Customers can choose scissors type or chain knife cutters according to their own needs )


Stacker : Wave breakers suitable for thin paper, fast and smooth paper delivery, Left and right paper beat use the pneumatic. Wind make-up device at bottom of paper.
